Jon Green

President & Founder

Jon Randolph Green is President, Founder, and Financial Advisor at Encompass Advisors. With decades of experience in Wall Street banking, accounting, law, and as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER professional, Jon is passionate about calculations, analysis, and helping individuals and families make their money work harder.

A native of Washington, DC, Jon received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting (magna cum laude) from the University of Maryland, and a Master of Business Administration in Finance (summa cum laude) from Indiana University. He also earned a Doctor of Jurisprudence Law Degree (cum laude) from the University of Notre Dame Law School. Jon is a member of the Bar of the State of Indiana.

Jon began his career with Arthur Andersen, and then became Treasurer of the National Academy of Public Administration. He held senior management positions in New York City at a NYSE financial services firm where he focused on public and private IPOs, mergers, acquisitions, and recapitalizations. He also advised several banks on how best to structure credit facilities in security offerings. Other senior management positions held by Jon include: President and CEO of Applied Earth Technologies, Managing Director of International Equisource Ltd. (an advisor to international investors), and CFO of an energy company listed on the American Stock Exchange.

As a financial advisor, Jon is passionate about sharing his insight and expertise to help clients make the best financial decisions possible. He’s learned that financial peace of mind comes not only from knowing what to prepare for, but how and when.

When not in the office, Jon enjoys spending time with his wife, their African gray parrot, and their two dogs.
They love hiking in the mountains, marveling at the natural beauty of western North Carolina, and gardening.
Jon also dedicates his time and expertise to Brother Wolf, a local animal rescue shelter.

Kelly Gosiewski

Accounts Manager

As the daughter of James & Sherry Carnahan, Kelly started working in the business at the age of 10 years old. After graduating from the University of Akron with a B.A. in Psychology, Kelly served for 11 years as an officer in the U.S. Army before working as a director of administration for a small manufacturing company.

Her diverse experience in operations, accounting, benefits administration, record keeping & client service make her an asset to advisors looking to streamline their operations while staying client focused

Kelly enjoys spending time with her family, embarking on creative adventures and brandishing her culinary skills with friends. She’s rarely without a good cup of coffee, and can usually be found reading a good book and living the dance mom life at the local studio.

Vicky Sawyer

Accounts Coordinator

Every team needs that one person who provides exceptional frontline customer service and for Total Office advisors, that person is Vicky Sawyer.

Vicky has over 34 years of combined experience working in customer service and account administration for the financial services industry.

Whether it is coordinating the opening of new accounts, chasing down a complicated transfer of assets or simply taking care of day-to-day tasks, Vicky brings a caring approach to ensure clients have the peace of mind that someone is minding the details. When out of the office

When away from the office you can find Vicky dancing the Rumba, Waltz, Cha Cha and many other eclectic styles. She has been dancing since 1979 and is an expert in her field where she teaches her passion to young and old alike. When at home she loves to read, sew, craft, bake and spend time with her family.

Liz Barbusci

Executive Assistant/Account Administrator

Liz started with TOI as Sherry & James’ right-hand lady! She’s done such a fantastic job supporting them and keeping TOI’s administrative house in order that we couldn’t help but want to share her talents with you too!

While you’ll still see Liz supporting the TOI Administrative team, she’s recently joined us on the operations team and is enjoying bringing that same excellent level of support to our advisors.

Prior to joining TOI, Liz worked as a project coordinator for a busy plumbing company where she learned how to skillfully wear all of the different hats that make her a successful Executive Assistant & Account Administrator!

Liz & her husband enjoy taking their dogs, Finn & Nyla, for walks along the Ohio Erie Canal towpath near their home, trying new recipes and checking out the local band scene. Liz also enjoys a good true crime podcast. Liz and her husband recently paused their own podcast program so that she could focus on pursuing a Bachelors of Business Administration. Now instead of bantering with guests, they compete to see who can get the highest grade in their overlapping coursework.
